What's New with My Site?
Well, the site is up, and that's just about it for now. UPDATE!!! A newspaper in Washington wants to do a article on Washington state's fans reaction to AJ's situation, so if you're from washington, and wanna help, please email me at Pop_Princess001@kiwibox.com or XhilPrincess@bored.com .
There are SO many ways you can help, and I'll list some, so do a good thing and help out. First off, there's the BSB support quilt. You can find more about that at: http://www.shinyuu.com/BSB/bsb_support_quilt_projects.htm Please, look at that, it's a great way to help.
Also, one way that two people have helped is by sending 100 yellow ribbons to MTV. Hopefully, Carson (yep, the one and only Carson Daly!) will wear one, and this idea will get out even more! Thanks lots and lots. Also (yeah, again) Wanna know where you can get a ribbon.? The same person who sent in the 100 ribbons (and someone else) is sending them out. You can get one for free by emailing lishere2002@yahoo.com . Please, send in a $1 donation to help pay for supplies. 08/14/2001- The counter finally went over the 800 mark! Thanks so much to everyone who visits the site. When I made this site, I wasn't even sure if anyone would even come. Now, I'm reassured, and I know that all of us BSB fans really care, and I'm sure AJ knows it. So, thanks. My b-day is in 11 days, so, a lot of excitement is going on now, but I'm trying to keep the site updated. Another thing. On TRL yesturday, they had news on BSB. Did anyone catch it? I didn't.
August 18, 2001- Loads of updates. I finally got the whole HTML thing down. I even added the AJ Song from TRL to this page. My birthday is in a week, so there's a lot going on right now. The BSB tour starts back up in 6 days. MTV news will be talking to the guys then.

What's New with My Subject?
Okay, for those of you who were wondering::::: What exactly is wrong with darling AJ???
Well, AJ is in rehab for alchohol abuse and suffering from depression and axiety (sp) It's not because he's weak, nor a drunk jerk or anything, it's because he's strong and brave. That's why we support him. He's a great rolemodel, because he came forth and took the first step: admitting to having a problem, and the second: Getting the help needed.

As A.J. McLean continues treatment for alcoholism, depression and anxiety, the Backstreet Boys are on course to resume their tour as planned on August 24 in Milwaukee, the group's spokesperson said.
On August 4, McLean left the rehabilitation center where he had been staying since early July, and moved to a "transitional care" facility in Los Angeles, according to the Backstreet Boys' publicists.
When BSB first announced McLean's problems, they said they would resume their tour August 7. On July 31, however, the group said that A.J. would need two extra weeks of treatment, pushing the resumption of the tour back to August 24 .
"We truly want to thank our fans for standing with us through this," Nick Carter said in a press release at the time. "And we know that it will be worth the wait for them to see the five of us back onstage."
